american immigration law
Thailand, many people (Thai and American) is a mistaken belief that "the Office of visa, the visa company" or "immigration consultant", is authorized to help prepare for the visa applications • and are usually made in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). That is simply not true. U. S. Department of Homeland Security, which is an arbitrary U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has established rules for who is entitled to represent clients in immigration procedures in the U.S.. The current regulations, only one person who is licensed to practice law before the highest court in one of 50 U.S. or U.S. territories, and their ability to exercise their rights in all jurisdictions, the U.S. has the right to advise and represent clients before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and agencies that have jurisdiction of Homeland Security ( eg USCIS)
U.S. immigration law without a license can cause great difficulty in saying that "represent". This burden is often most strongly felt in immigrant communities who are most affected by unlawful persons claiming to be qualified or authorized to represent aliens and family members of U.S. Immigration and visa procedures for citizens of America.
